The role
As the Design Lead for the AirTime 3 project, I led the design team in shaping a product celebrated as the "world's best inflight connectivity" for three consecutive years by APEX. My primary responsibility was to cultivate a user-centric design approach, ensuring that the platform was not only visually compelling but also delivered a seamless digital travel experience that resonated with both travel providers and passengers. I took charge in ideating AirTime 3's digital identity, ensuring its alignment with the brand's values and overarching goals. This involved liaising with stakeholders to understand and incorporate their requirements, while ensuring the platform remained adaptable for airlines to provide relevant, up-to-date content. Beyond being merely an entertainment portal, my team and I transformed AirTime 3 into the next phase of digital travel interactions.

Currently installed and operational on over 13800 Aircrafts
making it a widely used solution for in-flight connectivity. The high number of installations speaks to its popularity and effectiveness among travel providers and passengers.
AirTime 3 is designed with responsiveness in mind, offering up to 8 breaking points to ensure optimal performance on a range of devices. This allows the platform to adapt to different screen sizes and resolutions, providing an optimal viewing experience for passengers, regardless of whether they are using a laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. With its responsive design, AirTime 3 ensures that passengers have access to the content they need, when they need it, without having to deal with compatibility issues or slow loading times.
